Aldi Steel is a company that specializes in metal processing and the construction of metal structures. The company is located in the industrial zone of Babush, Ferizaj, Kosovo. This location encompasses a total area of 25,000 m², of which 5,000 m² is dedicated to production facilities (factory), 1,200 m² to internal spaces (offices, utilities, changing rooms, laboratory), and 800 m² to administrative areas, a minibar, kitchen, and showroom.
Our services include laser cutting, edging, welding, and machining, as well as mechanical processing and surface finishing. At the request of the client, individual assembly processes are planned and welded assemblies are produced. Large series production and custom solutions are our strengths. TX12050S-12
The TX12050S-12 is one of the most powerful and largest lasers in the Balkan region. This laser is used for cutting pipes and various profiles, including H profiles, L profiles, and U profiles, with diameters up to 500mm and lengths up to 12 meters, making it the largest in the Balkans. It has a power of 12 kW, which allows it to cut thicknesses up to 30mm. Additionally, an advantage for the market is that it can make cuts at angles up to 45 degrees.
BEVEL-G6025V PRO 20kW
The BEVEL-G6025V PRO 20kW represents an innovation in laser technology, boasting a power of 20 kW, making it the largest in Kosovo and one of the largest in the region. Through this laser, we are capable of cutting up to 60mm thicknesses and all types of metals. Additionally, the Bevel laser can make cuts at angles up to 45 degrees.
G6025X PRO
The BEVEL-G6025X PRO laser operates similarly to the BEVEL-G6025V PRO 20kW but with less power and a cutting capacity of up to 20mm thickness. It can also cut all types of metals.
SPX 3 Kw
The SPX 3 kW consists of two state-of-the-art welding machines, each with a power of 3 kW. These devices will facilitate our work and save time.
CNC PRESS BRAKE DA69T
The CNC PRESS BRAKE DA69T is a press brake used for bending metals into various shapes depending on our requirements. It has a pressing force of 400 tons and a width of 6 meters. This capability allows us to bend metals up to 20mm in thickness.
CNC four rolling machine W12-12X400
The CNC four rolling machine W12-12X400 is a roller used to shape metals into various forms, such as round or conical shapes. The bending sizes range from a minimum of 40mm to a maximum that depends on the requirement, with a metal thickness of up to 14mm.
